RYE BEACH FLIP HOUSE

Located in the prestigious Rye Beach District near Abenaqui Country Club, this 1960's ranch underwent a transformation into a modern home with sophisticated detail and a beachy exterior. With a gut renovation, we created an open concept space that's both bright and welcoming. Additions such as a mudroom and laundry area as well as a second garage stall made the home more practical for maintenance-free living. Custom millwork and craftsman's detail were also employed throughout.
